Welcome to Cravybits. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of cravybits.in (the "website") and to any purchase you make from us. In these terms, "Cravybits", "we", "us" and "our" mean Cravybits, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. "You" means anyone who visits the website or places an order. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
- All our products are crocheted by hand. Small differences in colour, size and stitch from the product photos are a natural part of handmade work and aren't defects.
- Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Measurements are approximate.
- Some products contain small parts such as beads, buttons or safety eyes. Products not specifically meant for babies should be used under adult supervision with young children.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.
- We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time. Changes don't affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
3. Orders
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us.
- Most of our pieces are made in small to moderate quantities. If an item sells out before we can process your order, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Custom orders
- Custom orders are made to your specifications. Please WhatsApp us to confirm the design, price and dispatch date before you make the payment.
- Work starts once we receive the full payment.
- Because each custom piece is handmade, the finished product may vary slightly from any reference picture.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Dispatch times, delivery times, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photos, designs, text and logos, belongs to Cravybits. Please don't copy, reuse or sell it without our written permission.
7. Use of the website
Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
