Shipping and Returns
Every Cravybits piece is crocheted by hand, so here is how we get it to you and what to do if something isn't right.
Dispatch times
- Ready-to-ship products: dispatched within 2–3 days of your order.
- Custom orders: each one is made to order, so the dispatch date depends on the design. Please WhatsApp us to confirm the dispatch date before you make the payment.
Delivery times
With standard shipping, your package should reach you within 5–7 days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas, or during festivals and peak seasons, can sometimes take a little longer. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive the tracking details by email or SMS.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
In Bengaluru? You can also choose to pick up your order from our studio in Thubarahalli, Whitefield.
Returns
99 Store
Products from our 99 Store are not returnable. The only exception is if you received a different product from the one you ordered.
All other products
We accept a return only if:
- the product has a manufacturing defect,
- the product is different from its description on our website, or
- you received the wrong product.
As every piece is handmade, small differences in shade, size or stitch from the photos are natural and aren't counted as defects. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.
How to request a return
- WhatsApp us on +91 96118 13979 within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
- Share clear photos and a video of the product (an unboxing video is the most helpful).
- Our team will review it and get back to you with the next steps, which may be a replacement or a refund.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
